Please read carefully as our products have different cooking instructions. They can be air-fried (extra crispy and dry bite) or deep-shallow fried (crispy and juicy bite). We prefer you deep-shallow fry for the original experience!
Spring Rolls
- Deep/Shallow Fry - Leave out to thaw for 3 mins for it to be separated. Preheat oil for 3 mins on a medium flame. Fry in Oil for 1-2 mins or until light golden brown.
- Air-Fry - No defrost required. Air-Fry for 14 mins with or without oil or until light golden brown. Every 4 minutes you will have to turn the spring rolls around to ensure they get cooked evenly.
- Cannot be Microwaved / Baked
Samosas
- Deep/Shallow Fry - No defrost required. Preheat oil for 3 mins on a medium flame. Deep-Fry for 3-4 mins or until light golden brown. Keep moving the samosas around to ensure its cooked evenly.
- Air-Fry - No defrost required. Air-Fry for 14 mins with or without oil or until light golden brown. Every 4 minutes you will have to turn the samosa's around to ensure they get cooked evenly.
- Cannot be Microwaved / Baked
Sindhi Kadhi
- No Defrost Required. Place in Kadhai/Hotpan for 3-4 minutes and heat on medium flame. Eat once its hot. No need to add water since the Kadhi has a water base.
